What does this app do?
This app lets you compare your DNA to global populations using key genetic markers related to skin, hair, and eye color. It calculates a score for each population and for your DNA, based on the frequency of certain genetic variants (alleles). The score shows how similar your DNA is to each group, using the average minor allele frequencies for these markers. You can view population scores without uploading anything, or upload your DNA file to see your own score and which population you most closely match.
